I in Louisiana – specifically, New Orleans – for over 8 years total (with about a 2 year break in between). The thing about New Orleans… it breaks all the rules, it’s maddening and amazing at the same time, and there’s Mardi Gras, of course!

For me, New Orleans is the only thing I really care about in LA – but Louisiana does have more to offer than just NOLA, especially when it comes to nature and beaches!
